Ming is a urologist with an interest in uro-oncology.  Ming completed his urology training in Victoria.  Overseas fellowships included one year in Addenbrookes Hospital Cambridge and two years at Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto as part of a Society of Urological Oncology accredited fellowship.  During this time, Ming gained training in robotic-assisted surgery and experience managing complex urological cancer cases.

In addition to his work at the Shepparton Private Hospital, Ming has been working at Goulburn Valley Health since 2013 and in Melbourne.  He holds public appointments at St Vincent's, Austin and Royal Melbourne Hospitals.  At St Vincent's, Ming is the Head of Urology Clinic and Supervisor for education and training.  Since his appointment at GVH, he has been instrumental in formalising ties to St Vincent's via a fortnightly multi-disciplinary teleconference meeting, and obtaining funding for a pilot nurse-led discharge clinic for uro-oncology patients.

In addition to his uro-oncology interests, Ming has a focus on managing men with lower urinary tract symptoms and urinary tract stones.

Men's voiding difficulties (BPH), Green Light laser therapy, Urinary tract stones, Uro-oncology, such as prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer and testis cancer.
