Your Stay at Shepparton Private Hospital

All rooms are fully equipped with televisions, radios, telephones and en-suites. Newspapers, television and local telephone calls are at no cost to the patient. Tea and Coffee making facilities are available for patients and their visitors at no cost.

While we will make every endeavour to provide you with your accommodation preference, please understand that in certain circumstances of high activity or emergency admissions, it may be necessary to offer you a shared room.

You will have a phone by your bed (except in the Day Procedure & High Dependency Area’s).

You will be able to receive telephone calls and make local calls. If you wish to make STD calls you will need to purchase a phone card from our reception desk at a cost of $5.00 or $10.00.
