Credentialing Process

Medical Specialists, General Practitioners, Dentists, Surgical Assistants

To apply for clinical privileges at Shepparton Private Hospital, contact the Executive Secretary on 03 5832 1270 or download the By-Laws and Application.

Returned application forms and accompanying documentation (Copy of Current Medical Registration, Copy of current medical indemnity insurance certificate and a copy of a CV listing 3 referees to be contacted) should be directed to the Chief Executive Officer for consideration and submission to the Medical Advisory Committee for ratification.  Once ratified the applications are forwarded to the Ramsay Health Care Board of Directors for endorsement.
